Healthy Lemon Pepper Fish Recipe

 

A one pan wonder recipe with all omega benefits and low in calories, this Lemon Pepper Fish recipe will be on a weekly rotation.

fishpicShopping List:

  • x1 Packet of cherry tomatoes
  • x8 Medium potatoes
  • McCormicks Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • x2 Lemon
  • x4 Skin on Hokkien Fillets

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 180º C
  2. Wash and slice potatoes
  3. On a baking tray layer the potatoes
  4. Lay the fish skin side down over the potatoes
  5. Add the cherry tomatoes
  6. Sprinkle evenly the McCormicks Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  7. Bake for 35 min or until fish is cracking
  8. Served with sliced lemon wedges
